Return & Refund Policy
At IFBCollecting LLC, we are dedicated to providing the community with secure access to elite TCG products. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the integrity of our authenticated stock. Please find our full terms below.
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of original delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened condition, with all factory seals and shrink-wrap intact with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened sealed products, bulk lot, single cards or graded cards, discounted or clearance items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us at ifbcollecting@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order details and photos for our review.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges: We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is shipped, it is treated as a return request and must follow the return process.
