Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Service operated by IFBCollecting LLC. Your access to the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use this site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user for any reason at any time.
SECTION 2 - ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
SECTION 3 - DROP PARTICIPATION
IFBCollecting specializes in exclusive TCG drops. Membership or specific passwords may be required for access. We do not guarantee item availability for all participants. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
SECTION 4 - ANTI-BOT POLICY
The use of automated checkout software (bots), scripts, or proxies is strictly prohibited. Any orders suspected of being placed via these methods will be cancelled without notice. Abuse of this policy may lead to a permanent platform ban.
SECTION 5 - PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We are not liable for any price fluctuations in the TCG market.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING & AUTHENTICITY
We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold. Every order is inspected and secured in premium packaging. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays or customs issues for international orders.
SECTION 7 - REFUND POLICY
All sales of sealed trading card products are final. Returns are only accepted if the incorrect item was sent or if an item arrived damaged. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence provided.
SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall IFBCollecting LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our services. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
